Stardust Mode: In this mode Neo speed and cosmic energy are at 100%. While in this mode Neo gain new level of speed which allow him to run as fast as speed of light. His body reflex and sense are increase to point of no one can even touch him or see him. Neo cosmic elementals and cosmic energy attacks are twice as powerful now. Stardust mode does has it limitations Neo only remain in mode for thirty minutes. Once Neo time limit is up and he revert back to his normal state. He can't access his cosmic energy until he had absorb more cosmic energy by drawn the energy from outer space or waiting thirty minutes. Also while using stardust mode sometime Neo can't uses his others powers at all. Sometime he can use them but only at half power. Only power he can use that full power while in Stardust Mode is his ki.
